JBNSTS Junior Scholarship 2023

JBNSTS Junior Scholarship is launched by Jagdish Bose National Science Talent Search. Students who want to complete their education but due to backward financial conditions are unable to do so can take advantage of the scholarship. Students from classes 11th and 12th Will get this scholarship. Students must have secured 70% marks in their 10th standard. The student must be a student of the science stream to avail of this scholarship.

This scholarship is for the students of West Bengal. As we all know there are many students who are good in academics but due to the weaker financial conditions of their families, they cannot pursue their education. This scholarship will support them by providing funds. To avail of this scholarship students have to go through the procedure of a test. Junior Talent Search test application fees are Rs 100 and for senior Talent Search test is Rs 200.

Objective Of JBNSTS Junior Scholarship 2023

The main objective of the JBNSTS Junior Scholarship is to help underprivileged students who want to carry forward their education. This scholarship will provide 1000 rupees per month for education. Students must be of class 11th and 12th and secure 70% marks in their 10th board. They have to go through the exam for this scholarship. The name of the exam is junior search talent and senior Search talent. 

One more objective of this scholarship is to encourage the students of 11th and 12th to pursue their education without any worry of funds. Students must be from West Bengal and they must have a science stream. From the JBNSTS Junior Scholarship, students will be provided a book grant of RS 2500 per annum. For girls bigyani Kanya Medha britti scholarship is provided. This scholarship is only for female candidates who have completed their class 10th with good marks.

Selection Process

To Avail JBNSTS Junior Scholarship Students have to go through the selection process in order to be selected for this opportunity:-

•  Students have to be given an exam which will consist of Maths Science, Biological Science and Physical Science. This test will consist of 90 marks. 
• The duration of the exam will be 2 hours. There will be no negative marking. 
• If students qualify for this test, they will be invited for the interview round. 
• Students must carry a hard copy of the interview letter along with the test document required for an interview. 
• In the 3rd phase, students will be selected on the basis of their creative skills. This phase is the last phase of this scholarship.

Important Information 

Within the scholarship, there will be a competition for the best school. An award will be provided to that school if a maximum number of students will be selected for this scholarship. The size of the documents uploaded on the website will not be more than 1 MB in size. To get the scholarship, Students have to pay an application fee of Rs 100 for juniors and Rs 200 for seniors.
