The CSSS Scholarship has been launched by the Department of Higher Education.  Those students who are pursuing PG, PhD and M. Phil can take advantage of the scholarship. This scholarship will support the students to carry forward their education and help them in employment. Amount Of Scholarship 

The CSSS Scholarship provides a scholarship amount to the students and this amount will be directly transferred to the student’s bank account. The amount of scholarship is variable according to the courses.  The UG students will get Rs 10,000, the PG students will get Rs.20,000  and the students of professional courses will get Rs. 20,000. From this amount of scholarship students can pay their college fees and can fulfil their basic needs of education.

Selection Procedure

  To grab the CSSS Scholarship, students have to go through the selection procedure. Students will be selected by the selection body and authority. The documents of students will be verified by the authorities and then a list will be prepared of eligible students and it will be uploaded on the national scholarship portal.  The selection of students will be done on their academic performance of the students.

Renewability Of CSSS Scholarship

 To get the advantage of renewal, students have to show their satisfactory performance in their previous exam and they must secure at least 55 to 60% off minimum marks. 75% of attendance is also needed for the renewal of the scholarship. All the students have to keep in mind that if they want to renew their scholarship then they have to secure good marks and  75% attendance.
