The sumangal portal has been launched to avail inter caste marriage incentives the 8th state departments are offered 21 scholarships. More than 11 lakh beneficiaries from SC and ST and OBC will be benefited. The amount of the Odisha Scholarship will be directly transferred to the account of the beneficiary.
