About Mahadbt Scholarship

The Government of Maharashtra has launched a scholarship which is known as Maharashtra Direct Benefit Transfer Scholarship. Objectives Of Mahadbt Scholarship

The main objective of launching this scholarship is to provide financial services to the students who are not able to pay the higher fees of their schools and colleges. Mahadbt Scholarship is especially for those students who do not have enough points to continue their education. It will help the students of the country to make the future better for tomorrow. Government of India Post-Matric Scholarship

Post Matric Scholarship Scheme Government of India 2021-22, Maharashtra is an initiative for Scheduled Tribe (ST) community students in Maharashtra. The scholarship encourages ST students from financially underprivileged backgrounds for pursuing studies after Class 10 towards higher education.

Rajarshi Shahu Maharaj Scholarship 

This scholarship scheme is especially for those students who are studying in class twelfth or have recently passed their board examination. The government will provide financial services to the students who are handling financial troubles through this scholarship.

Post-Matric Scholarship for persons with disability

This scholarship is an initiative for disabled students of Class 11 to Ph.D. The scholarship aims to provide disabled students with the opportunity to go to the mainstream of education through financial assistance. The selected scholars will receive variable awards.

Post Matric Scholarship Scheme

Post Matric Scholarship scheme is a Centrally Sponsored Scheme and it is implemented through State Governments and UT administrations. The Scheme provides financial assistance to the Scheduled Caste students studying at the post matriculation or post-secondary stage to enable them to complete their education.

Scholarship to Meritorious students possessing Mathematics /Physics

The Department of Higher and Technical Education, Government of Maharashtra announces Scholarship to Meritorious Students Possessing Mathematics/Physics, Maharashtra for the students who are pursuing graduation in science with mathematics or physics as the main subject. The objective of this scholarship is to encourage the students towards higher and technical education.

State Government Open Merit Scholarship

State Government Open Merit Scholarship is offered by the Department of Higher and Technical Education, Government of Maharashtra. A total of 1208 scholarships will be offered for students admitted in Commerce, Science, Art, or Law graduate programs. The scholarship will provide financial support to both general and reserved category students to pursue their higher education.

Rajarshi Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Shikshan Shulkh Shishyavrutti Scheme

This scholarship is an opportunity for students taking admission in a professional or non-professional course. The scholarship is applicable for students coming from economically weaker sections of society. The selected students can receive up to 100% tuition fees and exam fees.

Merit Scholarships for Economically Backward Class Students

This scholarship will provide financial funds to the students.  The hosteler boys will receive a scholarship amount of Rs. 140 per month for 10 months that sums up to Rs. 1,400. The non-hosteler boys will receive Rs. 80 per month for 10 months that sums up to Rs. 800.

Open Merit Scholarships in Junior College

This scholarship is an initiative for the students who have secured 60% marks in the SSC examination. The objective of this scholarship is to motivate those students for further higher education. The selected students will receive Rs. 50 per month for ten months.

Post Matric Scholars0hip to SBC Students

This scholarship is an initiative for SBC category students who have completed Class 10 and are continuing studies at the post-matric level. The selected students will receive various awards.

Post Matric Scholarship to OBC Students

The scholarship is designed to provide OBC students with the necessary financial resources studying at the post-matriculation or post-secondary stage to enable them to complete their education. The income ceiling of parents for eligibility stands at Rs 1 lakh per annum.

Post Matric Scholarship to VJNT Students

This scholarship is an initiative for VJNT students studying in Class 11 to Ph.D. level. The scholarship aims to provide VJNT students with the opportunity to go to the mainstream of education. The selected students will receive Tuition fees, exam fees, and maintenance allowance.

Scholarship Scheme for State Minority Communities Pursuing Higher Professional Education/All Post H.S.C Courses

The objective of the Scheme is to provide financial assistance to the meritorious students belonging to Minority Communities ( Muslim, Buddhist, Christian, Sikh, Parsi, Jain & Jews communities) to enable them to pursue Professional and Technical Courses.

State Minority Scholarship Part II

This scholarship is an initiative for graduation and postgraduation students. The selected students will receive a total annual course fee of Rs. 5,000 (whichever amount is less).

Lasts Date Extended

The Government of Maharashtra has extended the date to apply under the Mahadbt scholarship. The last date to apply for the scholarship program for both new and renewable applicants for 2020-21 has been extended till 30th November 2021 for the mentioned departments (DHE, DMER, MAFSU, MCAER, Tribal & VJNT, OBC & SBC).
